Community Organisation

Empowerment of community organization is most important issue. HESCO has been working on various rural trades based communities. It realized that besides knowledge such community needs to be organized. This would help communities to raise their issues in various fronts. Organization will also help them in several internal problems that they have been facing. This also bestows them with several socio- political and economical strength. HESCO has organized mainly four organizations which are essentially based on resources and different trades.
